A regular contributor to our compilations throughout the past few years, Berlin’s Daniele Di Martino punches back in on Stil vor Talent with his anticipated new solo effort, “Naos”, a four-track voyage casting its net far and wide from pared-down techno hypnotics to flat out elegiac epics, via body-jacking onslaughts he holds the secret of. Ushering us into distinctly emotional yet hyper-dynamic narrative arcs built for extensive DJ use, the EP merges Di Martino’s surefire taste for deep, sunken electronics and all-engulfing swells of sound at once.

Striking first, “Naos” steers its listener in an EBM black mess of roaring synths arpeggios, menacing basswaves and processed incantations. Poisonously addictive floor-melter inbound. A bespoke prog-minded roller turned wild robotic hijack, “Zirkon” feat. Tony Casanova shifts the scope towards hi-intensity buildup engineering with clinical precision. “Elbrus” then veers off into further deep-diving melodic grounds, pulling out a nostalgia-based elixir of dubbed-out textures, shy synth eruptions and muted drumwork. Finally, “Ablish” beams us up to vaster expanses, flush with prismatic glissandos, peroxide pads and gridlocked percs beating a lush discoid pulse.

Our next release comes once again from our good friend Marius Drescher. After his hit „We Had It All“ in 2020, Marius strikes back with his new EP "Hunter". The title track „Hunter“ is a powerful, melodic dancefloor bomb for those ecstatic peaktime hours. Following with „Memory Lane“, Marius shows us his talent to combine nostalgic soundscapes and driving grooves. The third and final track of the release is called „Shadows“ and closes the EP with a vibe of darkness and flickering lights.

Originally part of their April 2018 Particles EP, Dimuth K, A-Jay and Shannon Davin brought together their combined talents from the island nation of Sri Lanka to produce a twin-track release of impressive proportions. Now, Yin and Yang reprise one of those tracks, as "Horus" receives new remixes from Argentinean and fellow Sri Lankan stars.

Operating out his Colombo home, Subandrio Sinhawansa has forged a strong and carefully constructed career path that has seen him become "Middle East DJ of the Year" on multiple occasions through his ability to "paint a masterpiece every night with energy and synergy." Contemporaneously pursuing a production career, the Sri Lankan star has found his work allied to an array of major underground labels that include Darin Epsilon's Perspectives Digital, Matan Caspi and Stan Kolev's Outta Limits and Hernan Cattaneo's Sudbeat. With over a double century of production credits to his name, Subandrio returns to Yin after May 2016's remix of Nicholas Van Orton, taking a typically intelligent approach to his remix of "Horus."

Given percussive urgency through 16th note hi-hat pattern and immaculately placed woodblock, a grooved bassline and heavy beat builds energy while sumptuously textured pads gently reveal themselves. Retaining the essence of the original, a glorious arpeggio opens up in the breakdown before rhythm and bass hold court once more in the third movement to dramatic effect.
