A metalhead turned electronic music explorer, Baian brings raw energy and emotion to every set — creating powerful, memorable moments on stage through a deep connection with the crowd.

Inspired by the Romanian underground, German techno, and the mind-bending edge of psytrance, Baian’s sound is both driving and intricate — rooted in rhythm, but always evolving. He first hit the decks around eight years ago under his real name, Dan Rus, cutting his teeth in the legendary Avi-Cola club and taking cues from the local minimal scene.

Since then, he’s released music with Verzila, UFO Beats, and Carpathian Sounds. Now, after time off spent steadily shaping a more complex, immersive sound, he's back — ready for a new chapter.
