Masterplan is London-based but so far prefers to keep a low profile and let the music do his bidding. It's raw and pure underground garage in the case of this first one for brand new label Reptile Mob. 'Living' has it all - a soulful r&b vocal that tugs at the heart, some muted sax stabs and nice fat bass to get the floor bumping. 'Concode' is a chopped up groove with scraping hits and malfunctioning synth sequences adding colour and 'Ruff N Ready' keeps it deep and direct. 'Above The Law' and 'Deeper' round out with more sure to be effective and popular garage kickers. On this evidence, this will be a label to watch for garage heads.
