We started to compile ‘The Many’ compilation after June 2020, in the wake of horrific world events in May - the murder of George Floyd. 
Our idea was to find worthy things we can do for others. 
Realising that what happened to George and many others transpired in 2020. This has been persisting at the hands of authorities for so many decades and longer, Rodney King, Breonna Taylor, Stephen Lawrence, Mark Duggan. It’s disgusting.

We want to use our privilege and platform, the label, to do some good
100% of revenue from this compilation will be split equally to the following 4 charities: 
Amnesty International 
Afrorack 
Stop Hate UK 
Harrow Club W10

We want to thank our friends, the artists, who kindly donated their work to our cause, we’re eternally grateful

Ceremonial is a Warsaw-based visual artist and music producer.

In her debut EP “Serpentes”, Ceremonial explores the edge between electronic and ritual sound. Here, music plays the role of a guide and dance is a ritual.
Strong impact of tribal culture and spirituality run like a red thread through the whole narration.
The album was produced by mixing hardware and DAW working process with mournful synth tones, snares and howls.

Multi-talented production duo Auf Togo - Clement Cachot-Coulom (Fabulous Penetrators) and Sasa Crnobrnja (In Flagranti) -  have dropped by for an hour’s mix, showing off the best of their Balearic, stripped-back disco and house bits. “This mix was made with a synth-free groove led dance music approach with live instruments and an added warm analogue aesthetic,” they told us.

So for the third artist album on We Play House Recordings we present you ‘Moments In Unity’.
Inspired by those 4AM dancefloor moments where all are one and the whole history of club music ‘Moments In Unity’ is a stunning debut on all accounts. Uni Son has his very own sound that takes in original deep house, Balearic, acid, ambient and a lot more and delivers an instant classic from start to finish that will appeal to a wide variety of ears and tastes. Time to unite, both on and off the dancefloor.
