If you managed to read the interview with Juan Sanchez when we caught up with him previously, before his debut Berghain gig for the mighty Drumcode imprint back in November, you will know what he is all about. His clear headed approach to techno embodies all the traits of an artist growing up when dance music was going through its genesis.

His thriving label, Format, has been pushing a select few artists to the forefront of the techno scene. The likes of Doka, Flug and Kwartz have all made their appearance on Sanchez's label and thistime his orignal cuts get the Jereon Search and Andre Kronert treatment this time around for the 'Diffy' EP.

After a great reception to his two tracks on the first Prospekt EP, Gary Burrows has graduated to his debut solo release, with the rave-referencing “All Your Dreams”. Combining a classic oldskool vocal and stab combo with a no-nonsense 130bpm backing, this track has it all. 
Yan Oxygen winds things back a notch on his remix, juggling the stab pattern and hyping up the melodic aspects.
To complete the release, Gary takes things darker on “Koda”. With pummelling, overdriven drums and eerie spoken vocals, this is one for the harder floors!

Following the success of "Parallel EP" last year, Alex Bilancini is back on Etruria Beat with his fourth EP deliver four banging cuts! Title track "Hard Vision" combines heavy kick drums and marching percussion with trance-tinged synths to reveal a production primed for the dance floor. Following "I Wanna Do", fusing powerful vocal and a pure 90's trance style synth. "Dimension" follows armed with dark synths, raw drums and sharp 909 rhythms that encapsulate Bilancini's trademark style, "Angmar" closes the EP, with powerful 909 drums amongst eerie and haunting pads, escalating in the break to provide an epic feeling to the ensemble.

After a flying start with MINUS001, which saw support from industry mainstays Adam Beyer, Amelie Lens, Boxia
and John Digweed, T-Minus returns this July with more heavy artillery.
The brainchild of electronic music tastemakers T in Techno, T-Minus has one ethos; to bring solid underground
techno to the UK, and every track on this EP hits the mark. Across the four records finds a peak-time foray
courtesy of ALT8’s unique interpretation on UK techno, complimented by a rocket-fuelled remix from the USbased Sara Landry.
Ireland’s fast rising producer ALT8 opens up his debut on T-Minus with the lead track ‘Cristoball’; a late-hours
techno stomper with a clear focus of getting the dance floor moving. Thick low end combined with raw
industrial synths grip the rhythm, before an uplifting break rounds off a record you won’t be forgetting anytime
soon.
‘Transcend’ ups the ante with a rough-and-ready acid line which cuts like a trekker’s machete through the
jungle trees. Haunting vocals and a hair-raising breakdown leave the listener transcending to a higher level
ahead of the hefty drop.
Keeping the tempo high with a 140bpm in-your-face stomper is Sara Landry’s chaotic remix, the energy on this
track isn’t to be underestimated. Hardstyle drums and vicious synth lines add an entirely new dynamic to
‘Transcend’. It’s not for the faint-hearted.
‘Tremor’ brings the EP to a close; a wistful, melodic inspired record crafted for those looking to close their eyes
and float away to the rhythm. Stripped-back percussion and soaring melodies ensure the groove, with clean
lows to keep the room two-stepping. A solemn close to this stellar EP.
