Sariel Orenda lands another incredible remix with his potent reinterpretation of the powerful song “Dilmano Dilbero” from Laboratorium Piesni. Sariel digs deeper into his sound, resonating even deeper with the vibe of label collective Resueño as he takes the hypnotic aspects of the original song to a threshold that elicits ecstatic celebration. The collaboration digs deep into the mystical roots of Eastern Europe to birth something that feels deeply sacred while simultaneously inspiring a playful awe of nature and the creative human spirit.

This release has been created with the intention to raise awareness and funds for a beautiful project to protect important ancestral lands of the Wirikuta peoples of Mexico. If we can help raise enough money, together we can help protect 500 + acres of ancestral gardens that are now at risk of being destroyed by agricultural & mining companies. Here are some words from Iyakuh who is the main producer of the music and one of the leaders of this project:

“The past 6 months I have been weaving to support the protection of Wirikuta the Wixárika ( Huichol ) ancestral gardens. We have been working with permission from elder Don Rafa & Wixá musicians Miguel Carillo / Enrique Ramirez to record their traditional music. As well as filming & capturing interviews in their village in the Sierra Madre Occidental range of Mexico. With permission from the Marakames I was able to capture some of their traditional instrument loops in the studio &
create an electronic dance fusion EP. I was very excited to have the support of my brothers J∙Pool & Jakare to weave on these tracks. We will also be releasing a series of videos / albums of their traditional acoustic music soon. The intention of this project is to find ways to spread awareness of what is happening now at Wirikuta. I am deeply grateful for my brother NIDO FILMS who traveled a long way with me to Mexico to capture footage to get this message out to a larger audience.”

2 years ago at exactly the same time - the powerful 08:08 LION'S GATE PORTAL - was the last time @do_nev appeared on NUMA with his magical Śaddufy EP and now he came back to offer another vibrational medicine journey and we are deeply grateful that he is gifting it to us and you for free <3

In this one he teamed up with Forest Flute and we love the vibe of this journey so much, its great for grounding, calming activities like meditation or yoga and it also works great as an opening or closing track in ecstatic dance sets ;)
