"This magical record label has become an essential 'instrument' and frequency of the soundscapes and journeys that shape the Apukuna sound. This offering is a gift of gratitude for the medicine that is NUMA. In recent years as I've cultivated the Apukuna sound, the more I immersed into the NUMA releases, the more I found myself witnessing and experiencing the essence of NUMA in its entirety - as a tribe of medicine music makers. Keys To Ascension 🟢 Sacred Heart Meditação journey

Throughout human history and across most native traditions, constant repetitive rhythms and the steady drone of chanting have carried shamans and other spiritual seekers into other dimensions in ecstatic trance. Even today, this music, as ancient as the rocks and wind, provides sacred transport to higher states of well being and bliss. Attaining the Shante Ishta is the goal of this journey. This is the “single eye of the heart," the third eye or wisdom eye of the ancients--the shaman's eye. It is the place where the individual soul attunes to the collective, universal heartbeat that unites us all.

Shaman's Eye brims with multi-layered currents of sound and chanting woven around a steady stream of theta rhythms. These provocative rhythms are designed to tap into our own ancestral depths and call us into the secret worlds of trance. Each of these musical landscapes is alive with its own distinctive spirit energy. As they carry us forward they become the vehicle for our journeys.

In the true spirit of musical alchemy, Amani Friend blends his technical skills with his innate understanding of the power of sound and vibration to heal and transform. With deep reverence, he weaves the strands of pan-global percussive and melodic expressions, sacred chants, and the atmospheres of nature around the steady heartbeat of trance to inspire inner journeys.

22% of label profits are donated to causes around Lake Atitlán, Guatemala and recently to some other parts of the world to support those in need.

We are here to unite. The intention of Resueño is to bring artists together to create something which alone would not be possible. Together we can take the listener on a deep journey to find balance and peace within. We are here to blur the boundary between the dance floor and the chill out sound journey space. To find a middle path where all is in balance and the cosmic harmony flows through.
