It has been one year since me and @mascalito dropped our first EP together. So I figured it is time to bring it properly to SoundCloud. The mini mix was here before but the full tracks were only on Bandcamp and the streaming platforms. That changes now. I will be releasing one full track every two weeks. Make sure to follow so you do not miss them. This first one is one of my absolute favorites. Funky melodies, heavy groove, and that hypnotic loop that just grabs you. It builds and builds into a total catharsis moment. Made for stomping straight out of the Matrix. Or maybe back in. The full EP is already available for download on Bandcamp. Israeli music producer with over 12 years of expertise in crafting diverse psychedelic trance named Amitai Azarzar.

Amitai began his journey in the goa trance scene under the name Goaticmind, exploring new-school Goa trance and melodic variations of the genre. As his skills and artistry matured, he developed two distinct projects that reflect his deep passion for psychedelic music:

RETROGEEK

A project born out of love for the golden days of old-school Goa trance from the 90s. RETROGEEK combines classic nostalgic elements with a modern production edge. This project delivers dynamic rhythms, and revitalized energy, reimagining the essence of Goa trance for today’s audience while maintaining its timeless roots.

GROOVE BOX

Through GROOVE BOX, Amitai channels his creativity into the world of psytrance, focusing on driving basslines, hypnotic melodies, and cutting-edge sound design . With sound signature of every culture in the world.
This project is dedicated to exploring the full spectrum of psychedelic trance and cultures all around the world and get unite with every one.

Both projects represent Amitai’s to pushing boundaries while staying true to the heart of psychedelic music. Together, RETROGEEK and GROOVE BOX showcase his versatility as a producer and his ongoing contribution to the global trance scene.
