Compass Rose - Living Free @ Die Hard

One of my favourite things to do in a set is see how many different genres and BPMS  I can fit into it, while still finding some cohesion of sounds.  I love getting bass heads dancing to house and house fans crunking to bassy sounds. This mix is my attempt to take this experimentation to the next level. While all the tracks evoke bass and depth, we go from drum & bass, deep downtempo, to garage, to glitch hop, to dubstep, to dub techno, to bassy house, and onward. I admit it’s a little all over the place - but the dance floor told me it was working and I’m happy with the result.
