Arash & Quasar (Truth and Star) is an electronic duo from Russia formed by two friends, DJs, collectors of rare vinyl records, musicians, and painters, Pavel Grachev, and Vitaly Zhulkov.

Pavel & Vitaly also film interesting programs from their travels and tours called DIG LOTO, where the main characters go searching for rare old records with their best friend Vestax Handy Trax, and share musical treasures with people on their YouTube channel.

Arash & Quasar was born out of pure pleasure, juggling pieces of different sounds. Basically, they take interesting records with oriental old forgotten music, find some really catchy elements and feel that something new and beautiful can come out of it with their own arrangements, synthesizers and drum machines on it. Perhaps this can be compared with how to make a collage of different clippings from a magazine. Only instead of pictures it's sounds.

He’s notorious for endless closing sets. Bound In Sound is Edinburgh-based DJs, Chris Scott and Howie.
Joining forces in 2020 over a love of ALFOS and slo-mo beats, they have gone on to host radio shows on Graffiti Kings Radio, Vault Radio and have a monthly residency on Cowbell Radio's lazy Sunday.
As well as their own shows, they have provided guest mixes for Evil Plans, Deep Space Berlin, Rising Edge and Club Solo, and host regular parties at Edinburgh’s The Mash House, Pitt Market and Sketchy Beats Cafe.
Their b2b mixes showcase Chris and Howie's range of tastes and eclectic selections, from ambient and downtempo dub to breaks and techno.

Al Mackenzie has been DJing and making music for the best part of 30 years now, having residencies in the early 90s at London’s Brain Club and the legendary Love Ranch, worldwide chart success with his band, D:ream, in the mid-nineties, then moving to Birmingham where he started his own night, Retroforward, eventually buying his own venue and running that for a few years.

Al has now resurrected Retroforward, booking such guests as Andrew Weatherall, Sean Johnston, Paranoid London, Lauer, Mark Seven, Idjut Boys, Joe Morris & Pete Herbert, and his new ‘band’, Field Of Dreams, have had vinyl releases on Pleasure Unit and their own label with remixes by Andrew Weatherall, Justin Robertson, Pete Herbert and Mind Fair. Their remix of Les Crocodiles’ La Nuit Des Tropiques was championed by Andrew Weatherall and Sean Johnson at their popular ALFOS nights and received critical acclaim from all corners. FoD also released an EP on Tici Taci, remixed for Sons Of Slough, Bedford Falls Players, KaaN, Jump and Future Unit to date with more to follow, no doubt. 

He now hosts a very popular bi-weekly radio show on Brighton’s 1btn which should be checked out, playing an eclectic mix of new music from jazz to acid house and just about anything in between D:ream also have a new album out which has been very well received, which will see them playing festivals and venues all over the world this year.

Mike Gregor aka Exiled from Culture is a Scottish based DJ Producer who has been in the dance scene since 1990, At the age of 18 he was cutting his teeth at North Scottish nights Sweatbox  playing along side Carl Cox and Sasha to name a few, before moving into production making tracks at Finiflex as and one half  90s dance act Universal who had a number releases on Red Ant Records all tracks charting in the mix mag update, plays on the essential mix and a Scottish dance chart number 1.  After spending a few years working for media tools in London supplying the dance industry with music equipment and building studios, he took time out of music and returning to open Tin Pan Alley studios in fife in 2009 and promoting the beatbox nights. He finally returned  to Djing in 2019 with a recent remix for Pete Bones with more music to be released this year.

BND Guest Mix 30 - Exiled From Culture

Madloch's 3rd Avenue is pleased to welcome back Argentinian producer Gero Pellizzon with his first solo release on the label, the Sonar EP. After making his debut earlier this year on the We Are the Future 2025, Vol. 1 compilation, Gero returns with a project that highlights his melodic sensibility and finely tuned approach to progressive house.

Alongside the original, the EP features three diverse remixes from an international selection of artists. Argentina's Kevin Yair delivers a deep and hypnotic take, while US-based producer Ev Rymd reimagines the track with his atmospheric and textured style. Rounding out the package, Brazilian duo Cipriani & Hans Gerd join forces for a collaborative rework, infusing Sonar with driving rhythms and a warm, emotive edge.
