We’re so excited to start in December the short series of five  mixes from our good friends who’ve been already presented in our Revelation Sessions. This series is brought to our community in celebration of our two year anniversary of our channel.

Today we present the story from Chrystal Chris. Chrystal has always been an enthusiastic 'groupie' of DJs who are connecting people with soul-shivering sounds. Her own DJ story began when friends encouraged her to realize her dreams. With her sets and performances she has found a medium to express her deepest feelings and share them with others. She loves to tell musical stories of cosmic adventures in which you will be floating on spherical sound waves driven by deep bass engines. If you know her personally, you will know all about her love for Max Cooper’s sound. She has been influenced a lot by the complexity and interdisciplinary of his creations. Chrystal Chris has already performed in various countries all over the world. She has now found her base in Berlin where she is discovering a huge and diverse music community.Her collective Kybele as well as her duo project Saphear with violinist Sawatzki motivate her to fulfill her destiny.

Revelation Of Sound was created in January, 2016 as the music channel for quality underground music community with an ultimate goal to set high musical and performance standards together with an open minded, non judgmental social experience. 
After three successful years of publishing mixes from talented DJs and producers from around the world the evolution process brought Revelation Of Sound to the point to become a record label.  
Starting January, 2019 Revelation Of Sound is now the platform for releasing forward thinking experimental electronic music with the strong focus on the techno sounds by its founder WINDAND C and his like-minded friends.

Archaeological evidence from prehistoric times suggests that the Earth was once viewed as a living, female being. Ancient texts and mythologies support the idea of a female deity associated with the earth and all life. The Phyrigian Earth Mother Kybele was one such figure among many and represented the earth, mountains, caverns, and all nature, the birth of humanity, the universe and everything in it. 

Inspired by this timeless and universal vision, this project is dedicated to featuring and celebrating the bounty and beauty of the creative works of women in music through special podcasts, original releases, and mixtapes curated by women producers, DJs, and musicians of a wide range of genres from around the world. 

In addition to highlighting the works of women in music, Kybele develops opportunities for broader inclusion of and greater collaboration among emerging and established artists  of all backgrounds through the "Friends of Kybele" series.

✨Cranes and hummingbirds couldn't be more different. Cranes belong to the biggest and heaviest flying birds, while hummingbirds are the tiniest and lightest feathered creatures.
Even their songs sound quite contrasting but exactly this spectrum of diversity makes a meaningful connection and combination.
In some cultures, hummingbirds are believed to be healers and light bringers, messengers of the future and the afterworlds. Due to this, the cranes started to invite them to their home on the most beautiful rooftop in Berlin to witness their super powers.

✨'Kolibri Sinfonie' started in March 2018 as event series on the top floor 'Hinter den Alpen' at @Klunkerkranich in Berlin-Neukölln - organised and curated by the DJ-Violin duo @Saphear, formed of @chrystal-chris and @sawatzki.
The recorded sets of these special nights are uploaded here to recall the magic of buzzing hummingbirds' spirits.
