Happy new year!! This one may be a little rushed on account of the fact that I wanted to get it out before 2022, but this year has definitely been a trip. High highs and low lows, one after the other, taught us many things. Losing people, whether it's to death or other means is always rough, and this year seems to have been alot of that. That said, it's over now. I hope 2022 is awesome, but since saying that curses the year, I hope 2022 is absolute garbage asscrack terrible pain forever. Love you all <3

i finished writing lifeline on the 9th of april 2020. this was just after a rather dark time where i had gone through significant life changes, during which i realised a lot about who i am as a person. this is one of my favourite songs, and although i was in a dark place at the time of writing this, hearing back on it now brings me peace, knowing i'm out of what i was once trapped in.

i began writing "atelophobia" on the 25th of april 2020. i initially wanted to make the song based around trance but started incorporated breakcore at the end, inspired by my friend dirty-ware. as the title says, atelophobia is about the feeling of never being enough, something that plagued me throughout 2020. at the time of writing this i felt that every positive trait about me was a facade and that people would eventually discover that, as described by impostor syndrome.

i wrote a small loop of the drop of this song back in early 2018, and came across it in july 2020.

the theme of get out of my head relates to "i won't let you go". this is about the mental torment that can take place in vulnerable people, and how its effects can still linger despite them being gone.

i'm fed up with you still fucking over my life and hurting me despite you being gone physically. leave me alone. just get out of my head.
