Jennifer McPherson holds a Master of Music degree in Historical Performance from Oberlin Conservatory of Music (2015). As a student at Oberlin, she studied organ with Dr. Jonathan Moyer and harpsichord with Webb Wiggins. Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. At Holy Cross, she studied as Organ Scholar of the class of 2013 with James David Christie.
As a recitalist, Jennifer McPherson has performed throughout New England and the Cleveland, OH area. In the summer of 2014, she was featured on the Organ Recital Series at the Methuen Memorial Music Hall in Methuen, MA. She has also performed as guest organist and accompanist on concert tours of Ireland and Prague with the Boston College University Chorale under music director John Finney. 
At the age of 21, Jennifer was awarded Third Prize in the 2012 International Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck Organ Competition in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. In the summer of 2013, she won First Prize in the AGO Quimby Region I competition and was featured as a Rising Star soloist at the National AGO Convention in Boston, MA the following year. In the spring of 2015, Jennifer performed alongside other selected Oberlin musicians at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. Most recently, she performed with Oberlin Baroque at the 2015 Boston Early Music Festival. Jennifer is currently employed as Music Department Intern at Church of the Covenant in Cleveland, OH.

Hello, my name is Christoforos.

I compose cinematic, orchestral music for media, film and TV. I draw inspiration from my classical training as a composer and my ethnic music background. Music is my passion and I have been writing, composing, and performing for over 15 years. 

I create original music for video, film, and commercial projects.  I have a wide range of experience in different styles and genres, from classical to jazz to rock. With my experience and skill, I can create a piece tailored to any style or needs.

Nobody knows what to expect when this power trio mounts the stage with their acoustic guitars and heavy rock drums, but when the music starts the audience quickly finds themselves thrust like a sexy pelvis into a time warp of rhythm and melody specifically designed to blow their mind. Tasty Animals' instrumental sound carries its listeners through many sonic landscapes ranging from giddy textures, to brutal breakdowns, to awkward chords and back again, expressing a wide spectrum of musical influences and styles. Setting out to create a new experience with each song, Tasty Animals aims at providing a musical meatiness that refuses to be found anywhere else!

Gunshae (pronounced Gun-shai) is the Panambient project of Canadian dubstep pioneer, Kuma, and renowned oboist and DJ, Lady Eve.

Bridging a gap between two very distinct contemporary practices, Gunshae is what happens when a classically trained musician and a veteran DJ and producer with a thing for improvising jam on the sound of stuff and things.

Gunshae is live ambience at its most beguiling, an exploration of the grey area between electronic and classical musics.

It’s molten woodwinds and Satie in dub. It’s heavy drones and show tunes played by a band sitting on a veranda with Wong Kar-Wai. It’s discrete music for the wifi generation.

Tossing aside classical musics obsession with adherence to the written score and live electronic performances stereotype of one guy behind a laptop checking his email, both members of Gunshae have been known to start the show on stage and finish up in the audience. Gunshae are not your average sound art duo or ambient performance act.

Breaking down barriers between audience and performer, Gunshae is as happy in the chill out room as it is the art gallery or concert hall. Each performance is completely unique, site/audience specific and completely devoted to embracing the moment.
These are Cascadian lullaby makers, crafting soundtrack made for trans-continental smudged sunsets.
