I titled this album Pollution. I chose this title because everyday, while creating the album, my mind and body felt more and more polluted. Polluted by the shit they put in our food. Polluted by the destructive images presented to me by the internet. And polluted by my own thoughts and anxiety.

During the writing process, I took inspiration from the Waukesha Parade tragedy that I was at with my family.
