Le nom, Jelodanti, est l’anagramme de leurs deux identités. 
Créé en 2014 Jelodanti produit des disques publiés à quelques centaines d’exemplaires, uniquement en vinyles. De beaux objets faits à la main, dans cette tradition de l’artisanat punk – en opposition aux multinationales qui pressent des vinyles sans charme à la chaîne quand eux les soignent comme d’authentiques œuvres d’art.

The original Symmetry band was established in June of 1978 by students from the graduating class behind the motion picture "Fame".
Jose Murcia and John Rivera shared a passion for electronic music through the use of home-made electronic, sound generating gadgets, tape recorders and consumer electronic keyboards (synthesizers were too expensive in the 70's).
The name was inspired by the music and the album covers of Synergy (Larry Fast), as well as studies in geometry and surrealist art.
Over the years, the music of Symmetry has evolved into a uniquely diversified style that is difficult to pinpoint.
It is the band's belief that symmetry is a reflection of divine perfection on Earth and throughout the universe. Therefore, their mission is to explore music and sound through electronics in an ongoing effort to attain spiritual and sonic perfection and share it with the world.

2 aspects of the same label: While JAHMONI MUSIC appreciates dub as a musical influence in its diverse repertoire (& gives credit to this with a variation of the label name)*, Schamoni Musik comes from a background of Electronics & Krautrock.
