On July 14, 2011, the Guru Pournami day, people from far and wide came to honor Sadhguru and receive his Grace at the Isha Yoga Center. A group of people from a village near Kothagiri offered devotional songs to Dhyanaliga and Sadhguru on this night. Dhyanalinga Selvom is one such song.

'Sri Subrahmanya Bhujangam'  composed by Sri Aadi Sankara 

Subramanya Bhujangam is a stotra sung under inspiration by Sri Aadi Sankara at Tiruchendur. Aadi Shankaracharya composed this stotra (hymn) in the Bhujanga meter (cycle of 5) in enumeration of Lord Subramanya, also known as Lord Muruga, a great divine serpent.  When he meditated upon Sri Subramanya, he became aware of a self luminous light shining in his heart and the words just flowed from his mouth.
The term 'Bhujangam' indicates the shape and movement of the 'serpent'. 
The verses in this stotram are composed like the movement of a serpent. 

This is the first verse, extolling the virtues of the cute yet powerful Baby Ganesha. 

सदा बालरूपाऽपि विघ्नाद्रिहन्त्री
महादन्तिवक्त्राऽपि पञ्चास्यमान्या ।
विधीन्द्रादिमृग्या गणेशाभिधा मे
विधत्तां श्रियं काऽपि कल्याणमूर्तिः ॥१॥

sadA bAlaroopApi vighnAdri hanthri, 
mahAdanthi vaktrApi panchAsyamAnyA
vidheendhrAdhi mrigyA gaNeshAbhidhAme, 
vidhatthAm shriyam kApi kalyANamurthi

Meaning:
Though He always sports the appearance of a child, He can crumble the mountains of obstacles. Though He is elephant-faced, He is honored even by his five-faced father, Shiva . Lord Brahma, Indra and the other Devas seek him to fulfill their aspirations. He is known as Ganesha and He is endowed with boundless glory. May He bless me with prosperity!
