"Hand or Eye" genres span minimal, housemusic, deep house, and even a micro dose disco house, which is from one of the first records I added to my collection in 1998 - Busta Funk's "Black Sugar"...it still holds its own to this day.

This is the third installment in my series drawn from the William Blake poem, "The Tyger". Namir, my DJ name, means swift cat or tiger, so that is the reason for all the tiger imagery and references. The four mixes derive their name from the first lines of the poem. 

Tyger Tyger, burning bright, 
In the forests of the night; 
What immortal hand or eye, 
Could frame thy fearful symmetry? 

Therefore, the names of the mixes are:

Originally titled 16&42 to remember the patches used on a Casio keyboard andDigitech FX pedal that made it sound like a pedal steel.  Written poolside over 20 years ago with Taylor Lilley and Jonathan Price.  Coolest part of this song is I burned a CD of a few songs of mine at the time and I caught Carter Albrecht acutally listening to it while pulling away from the original Barley House.  He rolled his window down and shouted "Hey BlueSky!"  Honored.  So I'm finally releasing it and calling it CarterSparrow

Wool & Bones

This song started out called "Raw" and I was going to put lyrics to it, but it took off in a different direction and I kept feeling the vibe of the city after a gig.  The late nights, coming home in the wee hours.  People were just waking up and I was going to sleep.  It came to be about the city, about the Metros all over the world.

My Crimson Fire Show babes did a little fire jam hosted by our Penguin family. 

I opted out of fire spinning so I could create a soundtrack for them worthy of their surroundings. This mix is hella bassy and has that tribal, worldly sound that just feels so right out in the desert. The tempo and groove of the mix has many ebs and flows, just the way the fire flowmies like it.
