Why Should The Mistress Of The Vales Of Har Utter A Sigh - #3586 (950 Left) By Chair House 231009

(ENG) “Sleep Softly” is a piano sonata, neither sad nor happy, but full of small melodic surprises that create dreamlike images in our minds!
I composed this song during a late night when sleep was already taking over me, but something didn't want me to sleep.
I decided to go to the digital piano with my headphones and while I was strumming a few notes I realized that I was hearing a sung verse in my mind, which was reminiscent of the phrase “sleep softly…”
And I started repeating that phrase, so to speak, in an improvisation on the piano, recording everything I strummed. That's how the melody grew and became this recording, made at that same moment of the composition.

(PtBr) “Dorme Suave” é uma sonata para piano, nem triste nem feliz, mas cheia de pequenas surpresas melódicas que criam imagens oníricas nas nossas mentes!
Compus essa música tarde da noite quando o sono já tomava conta de mim, mas algo não queria que eu dormisse.
Resolvi ir para o piano digital com meus fones de ouvido e enquanto dedilhava algumas notas percebi que estava ouvindo em minha mente um verso cantado, que lembrava a frase “dorme suave…”.
E comecei a repetir aquela frase, por assim dizer, num improviso no piano, gravando tudo que eu dedilhava. Foi assim que a melodia cresceu e virou essa gravação, feita naquele mesmo momento da composição.
