Infinite Sky came from a fun practice which consisted in creating a music only with Alchemy from Logic Pro X. It's a good way to exercise on a single synth, rather than picking up various presets on different plug-in. Here you have to stick with one instrument only, and build the whole music with it....
I did it few months ago, and thought it was a pity this music stayed in my unreleased tracks. That's why I'm sharing this with you today. Very different from my usual artwork, but I really enjoyed creating this one...

Yuan Shao（？〜202）

Yuan Shao. Yuan Shao was born into a prestigious family that had produced high-ranking officials for generations, and served as the leader of the anti-Dong Zhuo coalition.

He defeated his old enemy, Gongsun Zan, and established a great power. There were many talented people under his command, such as Tian Feng, Mu Zhi, Yan Liang, Wen Wu, and Zhang He.
At that time, he could be said to be the person closest to unifying China.

In 200, he fought against his old friend Cao Cao, who protected the Emperor of Han.
This is what the world calls the Battle of Guandu.

Although Yuan Shao had an advantage with 10 times more troops, he was defeated by Cao Cao because he fought a short decisive battle without listening to the advice of his senior vassals.

Two years later, Yuan Shao died of illness. Although the Yuan family fled to the north, factional conflicts intensified.
As a result, the Yuan family rapidly declined.


袁绍（？〜202）

袁绍出身名门望族，世代出高官，是反董卓联军的领袖。

他打败了宿敌公孙瓒，建立了一个大国，麾下有田丰、穆植、颜良、文武、张郃等人才辈出。
当时，他可以说是最接近统一中国的人。

200年，他与保护汉皇帝的老朋友曹操作战。
这就是世人所说的官渡之战。

袁绍虽然拥有十倍兵力的优势，但因为没有听从诸侯高人的建议，进行了短暂的决战，最终被曹操击败。

两年后，袁绍病逝，袁氏虽北逃，派系矛盾却愈演愈烈。
袁氏因此迅速衰落。

This song began its life all the way over in on the other side of the pond, where our frequent collaborator, Artur wrote it on his electric guitar. Being a fan of surf music, he composed this awesome piece with The Eclectic Collective in mind. He shared it with the group through Tez, who was first to respond to Artur's guitar with his own, creating a psychedelic base of sound for the rest of us to add to. 

  Ken was up next, laying down his always exciting drums and percussion. Josh, of course, followed straight behind him, now that he had a beat to play to. JJ came soon after, laying in his ethereal organ and dancing electric piano. Last, but not least, Stephen laid in a really trippy acoustic arpeggio based acoustic guitar part to kick it to the next level.

  Of course, every great song needs a great producer. But before we even started the song beyond what Artur and Tez laid down at the beginning, Mark deftly separated Artur's basic beat from the music. Amazing what technology can do these days! For rest of the production, we tapped the very talented Tez to do the honors, which he did perfectly.

  This song marks about half a dozen we've done with Artur. We're all big fans of his unique surf rock sound, and jump at the chance to collaborate with him. If you like what we've done here, you should check out his page, as it's loaded with gems in the same strain. We hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we enjoyed creating it.

Welcome on my page! I'm a lifelong music enthusiast and a Producer and a Songwriter for the past two years. Primarily focused on Electro, I also draw inspiration from Indie, Rock, and Disco.
