Delivering the latest exquisite cut from the Black Girl Magic project, Honey Dijon returns to Classic Music Company with 'Love Is A State Of Mind' featuring US soul vocalist Ramona Renea. With the pairing of Honey's signature super-tight production and Ramona's soaring vocal working alongside each other harmoniously, the result is a feel-good club record for the times delivering all the energy of a dancefloor in full flow. With regular collaborators Luke Solomon and Chris Penny operating in the background, Honey's Berlin-meets-New York sound sees her blend an old-school house beat with snapping percussion and energised chords for what is sure to be another underground heater.

Continuing to demonstrate her magnetism for collaborators of the highest order, Honey Dijon unveils her eagerly anticipated release with Compton house pioneer Channel Tres 'Show Me Some Love'. Coming as the latest track from her forthcoming 'Black Girl Magic' LP, following a string of heavy hitters across a kaleidoscope of house sounds, this latest cut continues to demonstrate the musical diversity of the upcoming album. Centred around a loping beat and hypnotic synth loops, whimsical melodies and a wandering bassline form a playful backdrop to the warmth and immediacy of Channel Tres' lyricism. A bubbling amalgamation of the two artists' styles, Honey's signature dancefloor-focussed groove paired with Channel Tres' exuberant-yet-gritty delivery makes this another unmissable preview of what is to come on 'Black Girl Magic'.

Italian maestro Lehar drops his debut with TAU, with three original cuts and two remixes. Lehar heads up the Multinotes label, and his produc- tions have caught the ear of tastemakers at labels such as Afterlife and Diynamic, among others. Known for his deep, subtle sound Lehar is a welcome addition to the TAU squad...

The EP kicks off with title track ‘The 26th Beginning’ (featuring Filippo Nardini), an absolutely captivating composition with stirring vocals and a subdued yet enchanting instrumental. Lehar’s production skills complement Filippo’s heartrending vocals perfectly, with ever-progressing layers of synth work dancing around the bassline. This is emotionally mature and transcendent, whisking you away from the dance floor to a place of comfort, escape and love.

‘Matilda’ is next, taking us into a darker dimension. The haunting atmosphere features a simple, yet highly effective reverbed riff, along with crisp beats and a morose bassline. There’s an air of mystery embedded within this unsettling composition, and a subtle hint of joy that slowly unfolds, eventually dominating and changing the feeling of the track entirely.

Then we have ‘Carnet De Voyage’, which utilises organic sounding guitar licks, alongside similarly “live” sounding percussion. Fizzing synth lines descend into the main body of the cut, along with an analogue melody that sounds like it was extracted from a 60s sci-fi movie. Lehar demon- strates his versatility on this cut, with impeccable progression - as with the other tracks on this release, he tells a sonic story, with a beginning, middle and end.

Adana Twins are first up with a remix of the title track. They retain the deep, nourishing feel of the original, adding a more dramatic overtone. After a spinetingling breakdown, we’re led into a menacing bassline which is cleverly juxtaposed with Flilippo’s beautifully delivered vocals.

Lehar then teams up with Musumeci for the second rework of ‘The 26th Beginning’. This one features an enchanting cosmic riff, and a warm, sombre bassline. Together they add swirling synth lines to shift the original into a refreshed atmosphere. Those sublime vocals given the room to really strike the listener at the very core of their heart...

Something special was developing in London's rave culture during the mid-2000's. A generation of like-minded artists and promoters with similar tastes in house and techno formed a genuine scene with a spirit and alchemy that has propelled its instigators far and wide. Rich NxT was enjoying being part of the movement, frequenting the many seminal East London venues we still talk about now.

Born in 2008, FUSE London carved its own unique position on the scene with its infamous Sunday free parties at 93 Feet East. As one of FUSE’s original residents, Rich played a major part in the brand’s evolution, helping take it from a free afterparty to one of the most respected event brands and labels on the planet. As a core FUSE artist, Rich has delivered 11 classy EPs on the FUSE London imprint. In October 2020, the debut album ‘Know the Score’ lands, his crowning career achievement. The 10-tracker spans the full breadth of the house genre and is the culmination of 20 years production work, taking influence from his varied involvement in music as a DJ, raver, drummer in bands and pirate radio devotee, devouring the sounds on Weekend Rush FM.

Elsewhere the DJ/producer draws on his strongly identifiable sound to run two vinyl imprints,NxT Records and What NxT. The tastemaker favourites draw influence from techno and minimal house, while never forgetting Rich’s raver roots taking influence from jungle and hardcore.

His DJ highlights include appearances at most of the scene’s major venues such as DC-10 (Paradise, Cuttin’ Headz) Watergate, Space, Amnesia, Robert Johnson, Warehouse Elemenstratt, Mint Warehouse, Tobacco Docks, Studio 338 and The Warehouse Project. At the same time, he is versatile enough to command the decks over long sets at intimate venues such as Hopetosse, Ibiza Underground, Bret and CDV. Festival appearances in 2019 included Cocoon in The Park, BPM and Mint Festival.

Releasing regularly, he’s gained the support of many other DJs including The Martinez Brothers, Tini, Marco Carola, Enzo Siragusa, Jamie Jones, WAFF,Steve Lawler, MEAT, Matthias Kaden, East End Dubs, Alan Fitzpatrick, Eats Everything and Darius Syrossian.

Prior to his ‘Know The Score’ album dropping, Rich enjoyed an industrious first half of 2020, including a huge EP on WYLD, collaborative work with Darius Syrossian (Moxy Muzik) and remixes for INFUSE, Moan and SASH.

Meanwhile he continues to demonstrate a very keen ear with What NxT delivering the goods for new and established artists alike. Rich also continues his radio residency on Rinse FM with Fuse London and launches a new weekly show on Ibiza Global Radio
