“Si me voy” es una canción de Pop Punk en español cargada de energía desde el segundo uno. Sus arreglos hacen honor a las raíces de la banda, pero también a su evolución a lo largo de más de 20 años de carrera desde su fundación en 1998.

Este es un tema lleno de esperanza y optimismo que busca crear conciencia acerca de la salud mental y recordarnos que debemos confiar en las personas que nos aman. Trae el sonido característico de SÓNICA lleno de actitud y adrenalina junto con melodías pegajosas con las que tantos crecimos en nuestra adolescencia.

Haciendo honor a la cultura Skate propia del género y con un BPM de 180, la canción resulta ideal para drenar el estrés y los ánimos mientras patinas, haces ejercicio, cocinas, sales del trabajo o inicias el día.

Tras consagrarse como banda referencial de la escena punk rock latinoamericana gracias a su participación en el programa “Rally MTV”, ha compartido escenarios con artistas de la talla de Avril Lavigne, Moderatto, Panda, Allison, Don Tetto, entre otras. 

Éste es el primer sencillo original de SÓNICA en 10 años.

Grabado en los estudios “La Bestia” en CDMX y con el featuring especial de “ISRA”, reconocido influencer de habla hispana, SÓNICA se renueva con un sonido moderno y mayor protagonismo femenino para demostrar que el Pop Punk sigue vivo.

SÓNICA se compone de Martin Imhof, María Imhof, MARC! e Iván (integrantes también del dúo “San Tomé”).

"Si me voy" is a Spanish Pop-Punk song loaded with energy from the first second of the track. Its arrangements honor the roots of the band, but also its evolution throughout its 20 plus years carrier since its formation in 1998.

This is a track filled with hope and optimism that seeks to raise awareness on mental health and remind us that we must trust in the people that love us, with the original SONICA signature sound: Filled with Attitude, adrenaline and catchy melodies with which so many of us have grown in our youth.

Honoring the genre's very own skate culture with a BPM of 180. The song resolves to be ideal to release stress, drain moods while skating, exercise, cook, leave for work or start the day.

After establishing themselves as a reference in the Punk-Rock in Latin-American Spanish scene after starring in the program "Rally MTV" and sharing the stage with bands and artists the likes of Avril Lavigne, Moderatto, Panda, Allison among many others.  This is SONICA's first original single in 10 years.

Recorded in "La Bestia" Studios in Mexico City, featuring a special collaboration with "ISRA", a renown influencer in the Spanish-speaking social media outlets. SONICA is renewed with a modern sound and a major female presence to show that Pop-Punk is still very much alive.

A dirty grungy alt punk rock song written in 2018 and recorded with my old band 'Hot Juice' in late 2018. 
This lyrics of this song are about how I viewed myself as a messy stupidass teen with addictive tendencies. 

The recording and mixing process for this song was also very difficult because of the low quality microphones we had and little experience mixing. I would remix it one day, but unfortunately it doesn't pay right now so F U and deal with what I give you haha.
