‘…when you reuse that steel beam, because you’ve got its providence of where its come from, the value of the steel beam will be far higher…you wouldn’t throw away your log book and service record on a car; so why would you throw away your log book and service record on your asset?  If you build and design for deconstruction it gets reused at a higher value.’
