I believe it has come a time to make some choices for myself. I have been stuck in a battle with myself as far back as memory serves. I am exhausted, worn down to nihilistic ambivalence. I know there is more than this. More to create. More to receive. More completely difficult, vulnerable parts to share. More ways to fall, more ways to get back up. Somehow the flame blew out when I wasn't looking, but the coals still smolder. Too busy surviving I forgot to thrive. I've got to remember curious discovery, and put aside the me that thinks the territory is mapped. I am not special, but no one does it like I do.
