To participate in the Haiku Music challenge::

- Make a song in response to the weekly assigned poem (a new poem is published every Wednesday)
- When choosing a title for your piece also include the assignment number, for example “Title of your track (naviarhaiku382)”

To submit your track:

- If you’re a Soundcloud user, upload it on Soundcloud and send me the URL via private message, or tag me in the track.
- If you upload your music on Youtube, Bandcamp or anywhere else, upload your submission and then send me the link by email at marco@naviarrecords.com or contact me on X, Facebook or Instagram

Over the last few years, Music producer Savej has been deeply connected and inspired by the 'Kuya Sessions' as they were being crafted by Poranguí & Amani Friend. When they asked him to remix ‘Feathered Serpent’, he was thrilled to be able to rework these historic medicine soundscapes. Utilizing his signature alchemy of cutting edge production techniques with the intention of dissolving stylistic boundaries, Savej has created a magnificent  blend of ancient future ceremonial bass music. Listeners will quickly discover how this remix of ‘Feathered Serpent’ is both a primal and mystical journey that bridges the original’s inward connection to Spirit with the outward expression of embodied dance.

A sage serpent sweeps a steady winding journey from the edge of the sea though the depths of jungle, through thick tangles, over deeply anchored roots, up vines hung like rigging and into the canopy above... Transforming into a great crested serpent eagle, clearing the heights of the ancient grove; with powerful new eyes, he gazes towards new technology on the horizon; the humans of this world who have remembered the interconnectedness of nature and life, now integrating intelligent designs, building efficient and responsible habitations, planting powerfully productive food forests, and securing ecological diversity for eons. 

Nara-loka is a sanskrit term that refers to human society and planet earth, of this material world. This is where we are at, love it and take care of it! Love our mother!
