Pink fog rises amidst the hills; dew covers all in silver paint glittering in the background. layers covering layers of low clouds, fog and haze.
Shimmering city lights. Silhouettes of figures sitting in the hills, hanging in bridges, on top of houses, looking upon, observing city drive from up high as if it was a meditating bonfire. A notion of something going to happen. But all that remains is a glimpse of pink fog hanging static in the air.

Emerald & Doreen recordings (@emerald-and-doreen-rec) have been releasing music inspired by the magical ’80s, having released music from the likes of Pardon Moi, Freudenthal, K-effect. For their latest release, they have invited “Celestino” (@celestinobr) to compile a 5 track EP inspired by Germany. The result is a trip back to the past with sounds that oscillates between 80’s Synth/New-Wave to Dark disco.

Our pick for today is “Nachwrikungen” which literally translates to aftereffects is a musical piece that kicks off with a rolling disco bass-line accompanied by 80’s drum programming that turns your party into an after-party.
