Experimental track that was birthed out of playing around with some drum hits from the Skinned Skinny Puppy sample pack. Has a neat/unique/minimal vibe.

A Sequential Device

First full track fully recorded using an MPC Live in Standalone Mode. Used a TC Helicon Create XT for vocals and Novation Mininova for vocoder.


Really enjoying the work flow and looking forward to getting deeper into the machine.

You Lied (jan '19 demo)

A couple years back I was telling my friends in the Bloody Knives (ATX) that I would love to remix one of their songs someday. Not too long after that they came up and played a show at Three Links in Deep Ellum (DTX) and the second this song started I fell in love with it. New Machines has a very fast paced 180 bpm tempo with great sampled loops and drum breaks, cool keys sounds and guitar layers with smooth vocals. I knew this was the one. So in typical producer fashion I worked on it in a session and didn't revisit till like a year later. Long story long It's finished it and I want to thank the Bloody Knives for giving me the awesome opportunity to put the System touch on one of my favorite songs of theirs. Happy Leap Day, everyone! To celebrate, I did a remix of one of my favorite holiday horrors: 1969's "Leap Day!" Thanks to Ellie Winnubst and Ben-Darrow Goodman for contributing guitar and bass to the song, and to Ritchard for engineering, mixing, and mastering. And!
