I have been working for the Canadian government for 14 years. I've met a lot of interesting people, had some incredible discussions and shared some very interesting insights. I am starting this project to better understand the creative world within the GoC.

My project is named after my great grandfather, Andrew Hicks, Whip of the United Farmers of Ontario, 1919-1923.
