The Nabo Eyes is the solo project of Alex Boing — a one-man band focused on experimental, homemade music. Influences include Revolution 9 (The Beatles), George Harrison's Wonderwall Music (1968) and Electronic Sound (1969), as well as Jad Fair, Tim Hecker, Black Dice, and The Shaggs. It values raw expression over technical perfection — OUTSIDER MUSIC.



Since 2007 NASP is a OMA (OneManArmy) a solo project entirely made by me Alexandre Santos born and raised @ Porto in Portugal.
That said, here´s a little global description for my sound:
"The world created by Not a Side Project is a mix of dark and light, war and peace, high peaks and fluid valleys, where silences become loud and the blend of guitar and drums carries the listener in a sublime trip through ominous atmospheres."

Music forever!
I've always loved music, more for playing it or, more precisely, inventing it (by which I mean writing it, composing it) than for listening to it. My inspirations range from ancient music to the most contemporary. I have no limits in my tastes, well not too many... As they say, there's good music and bad music, and only time can decide which is which... and often there are surprises.
