When was the last time you connected with your creativity? What about your passion? There are many ways we can utilize both creativity and passion in our lives. But, we often limit the ways in which we express them. Why is that? 

We can be creative in all areas of our life, beyond the boundaries we normally set for ourselves. The same goes for passion. We can embrace and live our lives with passion and allow everyone to see that we are indeed passionate about life.

Your breath is one of the most powerful ways to calm your mind and body. In this episode you are guided using the Pranayana breath, or yoga breath. This breath activates your parasympathetic nervous system, the part of your brain that helps you to feel calm. You'll learn a little about Pantanjali, and where this breath came from.
