When I came to London last year to join fabric and head the A&R for the artist led label Houndstooth I got dragged down to Hackney Wick for what was going to be a life changing techno event of the rawest level. This happening is what has inspired my series of Warehouse Sessions, where I have reached out to my favourite techno artists and asked them to get inspired by that unique thump thump betwixt concrete sounds that industrialised techno spaces always provoke and provide a suitably banging mix for my Electronic Explorations podcast series.
This week I've kicked off another round of mixes lead by Our Circula Sound man Sigha, London resident Ø [Phase], Semantica Records boss and Spanish producer Svreca, Italian producer and co-owner of Repitch Records Shapednoise (One half of Violetshaped) and finally a US producer who has released on Sandwell District & Stroboscopic Artefacts, Rrose.
December 2012 brought mixes by USA producer Skirt, UK producer Truss aka MPIA3, Stormfield & myself, Irish and Greek producers AnD and French producer Kangding Ray (his being voted EE mix from all shows in 2012)

MACNIUS es un reconocido artista del sonido abstracto y experimental en el ámbito del techno en el eje cafetero de Colombia. Nacido y radicado en Manizales, cuenta con más de 10 años de experiencia en la industria musical electrónica colombiana. Junto a su compañero Juan Pablo Campuzano, es cofundador de Seis Records, una destacada plataforma musical.

Su extensa trayectoria y su carisma al interactuar con el público lo han llevado a tener residencias en clubes representativos de la región, como Kowel Club, Seis Bar, Living Club, Loop Club, entre otros. Además, ha participado en festivales como Nuits Sonores Colombia en dos ocasiones, Zero Gravity , PCT RAVE, EON , Freedom en Jardín Botánico en 2021 y Freedom en Plaza Mayor 2023.

MACNIUS ha compartido escenario con reconocidos artistas internacionales gracias a su destacada técnica de mezcla y su amplia experiencia. Algunos de estos artistas incluyen a Oscar Mulero, DVS1, Luke Slater ,Dasha Rush ,  Zadig, Adriana lopez, Polar Inertia, Reeko, Takaaki Itoh, Lewis Fautzi, Alexander Kowalsky, Lucy, Amotik, Function, Developer, Speedy J , entre otros. Ha tenido el honor de compartir cabina con artistas como Sigha, Peter Van Hoesen y Shxcxchcxsh.
 Añadiendo más emoción a su agenda.
Actualmente se encuentra trabajando para salir en un  V/A de Seis Records y un track en colaboración para el sello Cinema Sonora de Manizales a finales del 2024.
