Shadows in alleys, pushers with grins, Sellin’ damnation in hand-rolled sins. But the flick’s a fever dream, a carnival lie. Paintin’ the devil in a green-tinted sky.

Reefer madness, burnin’ up the screen, A twisted fable, wilder than a dream. They scream, “It’s chaos!” but it’s all a show, Laugh at the panic, let the truth glow. Reefer madness, let the fiction fade, We’re breakin’ the chains that the liars made.

The screen’s ablaze with their Reefer fright, A girl goes dancin’ in the devil’s delight. They say one toke and you’re losin’ your mind, Leavin’ your morals and your heart behind. But we see the strings on this puppet parade, Exaggerated tales for the fear they’ve made. From the church to the law, they’re sellin’ the dread, While we’re just smokin’ on some homegrown bread.
