Flex began learning his skills back in 1988, thanks to his schoolmate at Brooklyn Tech, John Nanas. In 1989 Flex moved to Rochester, NY  which would become his new hometown and in time Flex would turn out to be one of the most well known and respected DJ's in this new hometown.  


Flex has Played all over Canada and the United States and has appeared on Various TV shows including Video Hits and Electric Circus.

	
Being an old school type of DJ - Flex will mix anything that he wants and likes. Flex has had many different club nights including one of the biggest Hip-Hop nights in Syracuse, NY for over 3 years back in the mid 90's alongside Phat O productions.

Flex has played a multiple selection of genres including Freestyle, House, Breaks, D&B, Trance, Chicago/LA Hardhouse, UK Hardhouse, Trance, Hip-Hop, Reggaeton.

Over the years Flex has been involved or been the main person behind many different Production companies such as: Sky Baby Productions, La Selva, Partners in Time, SLI and Phat O.

When many DJ's will settle for an hour set - Flex would prefer to play six or more hours, since that's when you can take the audience into a journey of mind, body and soul.

Recently Flex has begun to work on his production skills and has been making tracks on his off time in the hopes of putting out music for the masses, he decided to use the name of Spencer Harris as his production name, it seems he never really takes advantage of his middle name and his mother thought hard and long to figure a good middle name.  Now is the time to use it.

Atom O.N.E. has been playing with DJ’s from across the globe for over a decade. Such artists include: Uberzone, Bassbin Twins, Designer Drugs, Christopher Lawerance, Richard Vision, Datsik, LA Riots, Ak1200, and many more. All along these artists, his musical journey has taken him across the U.S. to cities and states such as: Colorado, New Jersey, Nevada, Los Angles, Eugene &amp; Bend Oregon, and many more. In this time he has released five produced tracks on various labels. Having an elcectic musical taste, Atom ONE prefers to mix Breaks, Dubstep, Drum &amp; Bass / jungle, and old school hip-hop mash-ups.
