From The Companion, the first act of a trio of operas called Three Way. In The Companion, Maya lives with her android lover, Joe. This interactive programmed Companion looks and sounds human—only better. In this aria, after Maya asks about his day, Joe goes into a highly specific litany of the day’s events, to Maya’s irritation.

ABOUT THE OPERA
An Il trittico for the Tinder generation, Three Way is a new opera about the present and future of sex and love with music by Robert Paterson (The Whole Truth) and a libretto by David Cote (Blind Injustice). In three playful acts, average heroes explore the worlds of android lovers, BDSM and polyamory in a quest for “more” in today’s hyperconnected and gender-fluid world. Featuring Nashville Opera, conducted by Dean Williamson. Original cast recording.

Chanting and overtone chanting are used in therapy with Alzheimer's patients. This form of sound healing is said to help with memory functions.

In my early 20s a vinyl addicted house and funk DJ, still possessing the two Technics turntables, which were my first major investment. Dropped out of music when they forced the much more expensive CD into the market. Now back to music as a bedroom DJ and producer, mixing and producing my own stuff, still in love with house and funk and doing my first steps in orchestral composition and also techno. I'm also working on orchestral house as a musical concepts, trying to combine the magic of rhythm with the magic of classic instruments like strings, piano and others.

Haleen is a realization of a Belgian husband and wife duo. They operate from an off-grid setting in Portugal and have created their own unique genre of music. Hans's musical journey commenced at a very young age! After attending several rock concerts, he was inspired to take the stage himself and purchased his first electric guitar at the age of 15. Teaching himself to play, within just one year of dedicated practice, he confidently performed at his first gig. With countless hours spent daily playing, participating in various bands, performing at numerous festivals, and gaining extensive studio experience, Hans eventually underwent a transformative shift, bidding farewell to the metal scene and incorporating all he had learned into his musical arsenal.

Following this evolution, Hans delved into a different musical realm, strumming a new tune on an acoustic guitar and opting for a tuning of 432Hz instead of the conventional 440Hz. This marked the inception of a unique chapter where Kath, added her vocals to his compositions. Embracing electronic music, a genre he previously hadn't favored, Hans not only expanded his musical horizons but also crafted an entirely fresh sound—a genre unto itself.

In this captivating musical narrative, Hans emerges as an artist who not only mastered diverse genres but seamlessly blended them to create a symphony that transcends boundaries. The echoes of his journey linger in the distinctive and innovative notes of a genre uniquely his own.
