A few years ago I decided to embrace open tunings on the guitar and this song emerged. The Road to Hell is a Stone-style rocker that borrows the opening riff from Can't You Hear Me Knocking and then chugs on.  I sometimes think it's played too fast resulting in Em having to rush the vocals a bit giving it a somewhat out of breath feel.  We hope you like it! Every Time (RC Sterling) is an interesting tune written in Open E tuning which allows for some unusual chord changes in a straight ahead rock song. Haunting Me is one of the first songs that Jackie Irving and I composed after joining forces again after a long hiatus.  It's a melancholic rock ballad with a big chorus. So Hard to Please (R Sterling) is another one of those songs that's sat around for some time.  The original recording was lacking and definitely suffered from my torture vocals. Well we had a go at it recently and this is what came out of that effort - this breezy little nugget that features some cranky lyrics. The song sort of floats like a cloud in the summer sky.
