Audiomachine - When It All Falls Down

An orchestral work in which I tried to add little changes in sound and measure. To me it's all in the smallest details that makes the difference; the secure ending for instance, or only that one note with the celesta but at the right place in time. The solo's are very free taken within a soundscape. The articulation of muted trumpet and harmonica took a lot of time/takes before I was realy satisfied. All the software I used is from Project Sam. I'll hope you like it!

Recording is taken from a conversation I had with a driver who was condemning a previous passenger but also felt the need to protect him. I thought it was interesting so I made some music to it and here we are lol.

In December 2015 one of my life dreams came true: During the first Hollywood Scoring Open Orchestra Session, I was able to record my music with the fabulous Local 47 studio musicians at the Warner Bros. Eastwood Scoring Stage in L.A.
This was one of the most intimidating and most exciting moments in my life. Luckily it was captured on this beautiful video. Please enjoy!

Are You There?

Specialized in working on projects with real orchestras, I have more than 20 years of experience.

I have worked on film scores for many international productions, including the Golden Globe 2024 nominee Suzume, Star Wars Visions, Save Angel Hope, Tell, A War Within, and Liebling, lass uns scheiden. I co-composed the multi-award-winning musical Dällebach Kari, (co-)arranged the hit shows The One and Vivid at Friedrichstadt-Palast Berlin, and worked on highly successful game music scores such as Batman – Arkham Shadow, Lineage W, Anno 1404, Black Prophecy, and Halo Legends. My scores for Treasure Trackers, Hero and A Father’s Job have won several awards around the world.

Besides my work in media, I also write music for several international artists, including Chaka Khan, Anastacia, Gary Barlow, Ronan Keating, Bonnie Tyler, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, the London Symphony Orchestra, and others. I won a Golden Record for my arrangements for Alex Christensen.

I hold a diploma in composition, arrangement, and piano from the music university in Dresden, Germany.
