You’ve been blessed with hidden jewels that lie deep within. These are the talents that slumber, the gifts that lay dormant and the calls on your life that we all ask you to live.

Without you showing up, shining fully, standing up after you’ve fallen, persisting when you feel like surrendering, we’ll all be less of a human family. Things will be colder. And the world will be less bright.

So stand for something higher. Have impeccable manners. Be the kindest person you know. Be there for people. Show them you care. And, above all else, be good. No one ever regretted being the best person they knew as they rested on their deathbed.

Too many energy vampires on the planet. We need more uplifters and elevators of the human spirit, people who radiate positivity. Bottom line: the true measure of our lives, at the end, will come down to the influence we’ve had on each person we’ve met. So make it your daily practice, when you meet someone, to start the connection with something supergood. And leave them better than you find them.

The Good News Greeting

We are in some harsh times.  Many of us are going through real pain.

During the hard times i’ve gone through in my life, I pour my pain onto the white sheet of paper, for healing and advancing.

Daily journal writing has deepened me, made me far more intentional on what I do and how I live and dramatically elevated my performance. It’s also a brilliant accelerator for creativity.
