Really really magnificent in every way. The (chan)song (which I didn't know) is such an excellent piece the lyrics are so sarcastic and which I love. And last but certainly not least your and your son's performance is top shelf (as always) and ready for the stage. And your such a linguistic talent...

Wonderful performance (linguistically as well), the song is incredibly famous and irresistible. Brel's songs have often been translated into Italian, and of course, it's more difficult in English. Great way, Robert, to introduce this one to our English-speaking friends.

I'd say one can't go wrong with Mr. Brel. But one can. Only you sure haven't! Very affecting.

Your French is way better than the only two languages I speak (English & Profane), Robert (chapeau also to Teghan for the tutelage).  Have to admit, didn't know the song but it's proven to be an instant love, as are the performances from Gideon and yourself.  Absolument merveilleux !
