Composed with a Yamaha TG77 sequenced in Sekaiju!

This was a pretty difficult challenge; I’m not used to using the TG77, but it was a great chance to learn and get familiar with how it works.
For the drums, I converted a DX7 drum preset, and through trial and error was able to edit it. Once I saw a diagram of the operators, it was simple to see how each one interacts with one another, which gave me an easier time.
Otherwise, the other voices come from the preset patches, DX7 conversions and a couple of custom ones

The recording is double tracked (FM drums recorded seperately and then layered on top) to prevent note latency, however all of the effects were onboard. The TG77's dual effects section means you can get quite a lot out of it!
