"Mr. Tumbleweed" has been composed in an add-a-track challenge during Summer. I started with a drumbeat, The Fishermen & The Priestess added guitars, Patti Fetz added a synth bass, Cheslain followed with vocals and lyrics and Floral Tops completed the quintett with synthesizers. This song only consists of 6 recorded tracks (guitar is doubled) but I applied some production voodoo to make it sound big. Thanks for joining this fun game - I love our result!

Eine Fortsetzung meiner Musikreihe „Musikzyklus“ in loser Folge :
Anthologie „Gefrierende Momente“ „Frost Musik“
Zerberstende, fragile Klangräume.

Gefrorene Herzen oh wo sind all die verlorenen Herzen.
Ich wandle auf Feldern wo einst Schlachten gefochten.
Keinem wurde je ein Siegerkranz geflochten.

All die ungezählten Herzen sind nun kalt und in Wintertagen erfroren. 
Die Vergessenheit hat sie einst hier begraben.

Die Seelen sind zu Raben geworden und rufen nach ihren gefrorenen Herzen die einst auf diesen Feldern begraben.

Die blühenden Felder sind in ein schwarzes Gewand getaucht.
Es sind Raben die ihre verlorenen Herzen klagend betrauern.

Sie werden warten auf den Frühling.

Diese Komposition widme ich den verlorenen Seelen aus zahllosen Kriegen dieser Welt.

"Frozen Hearts" (02/27/2023)

A continuation of my music series "Music Cycle" in loose order:
Anthology "Freezing Moments" "Frost Music"
Bursting, fragile sound spaces.

Frozen hearts oh where are all the lost hearts
I walk in fields where battles were once fought.
No one ever had a laurel wreath braided.

All the countless hearts are now cold and frozen in winter days.
Oblivion once buried them here.

The souls have become ravens, crying out for their frozen hearts that were once buried in these fields.

The once blooming fields are bathed in a black robe.
It is ravens who lament their lost hearts.

They will wait for spring.

I dedicate this composition to the lost souls from countless wars in this world.

Rock Flexible is a spare-time guitar player, multi-instrumentalist, producer and singer based in Berlin, Germany.
