Souvent nous revient cette curieuse envie de changer le monde parce que certaines choses ou pour certain beaucoup de choses nous dérangent ou déplaisent, mais c’est en fait un jugement qui nous appartient, c’est donc surement le monde à l’intérieur de nous qu’il faut changer, notre perception, car personne n’a le même ressenti pour les mêmes choses, la paix intérieure est en nous c’est ce que j’essaie tous les jours de comprendre et de suivre, la résilience, le contentement pour accéder à cette paix intérieure. Lâcher prise en faisant confiance à cette force invisible qu’est la vie et son équilibre, se laisser un peu porter lorsque c’est trop difficile.
 Gandhi disait : Personne ne peut te blesser sans ta permission, le bonheur c’est un état d’être, le bonheur c’est un choix que l’on fait le matin au réveil, ou pas. Nous sommes libres de notre état d’être

here is a song that is very dear to me. I tell of an episode that really happened in Milan a long time ago. Carlo was a friend of mine and his sad end left an impression on me... I made some reflections that I put into music today... I hope you like it😥⚘🙏🏻⭐

Rock Flexible is a spare-time guitar player, multi-instrumentalist, producer and singer based in Berlin, Germany.
