Get Away From Him

Mutual Admiration Society is a collection of mostly Boston-based musician-friends that simply love to admire the greats that blazed the rock 'n' roll trails we all travel together. MAS creates and records unique covers exclusively for Rock Garden Records. MAS may end up recording new original material inspired by these sessions.

Candy will be available via the RGR YouTube and SoundCloud on Friday, September 15th and will be available via most streaming services on Friday, September 22nd, 2023.

MAS will perform Candy live, September 30th, at the New England Music Hall of Fame Inductions at The Regent Theater, Arlington, MA.

Candy was originally recorded by Iggy with Kate Pierson of the B-52's and released on the album Brick By Brick in 1990. The album was produced by the legendary Don Was and also featured Slash and Duff (Guns 'n' Roses).

The MAS version of Candy was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Todd Erickson at Launch Pad Studios in South Portland, ME with Luc and John providing tracks from their home studios.
