I've seen so many people on social media talking about their new resolutions and goals and so many times it seems like people try to change everything about their health habits all at one time. We spend a few weeks at the holidays eating and drinking and then flipping a light switch we try to turn it all around on January 1st. We're simply setting ourselves up to fail. It doesn't have to be this way. It's taken me almost a decade to develop all the daily health habits I have today. In this episode I am giving you permission to take a deep breathe and only change one or two things at a time.
