When we started the track Dan wrote: "The thought behind the title 'Cat's In The Basket' is the opposite of the saying 'The cat's out of the bag' which means a secret has been revealed, so the idea of 'Cat's in the basket' is to mean keeping a secret or hiding something. So I quite like the idea of the cat being a symbol for something private"
