Aj RodGuns is an American singer, songwriter, and producer. He frequently works independently, and releases his own music through RodGunx Records; a label formed by RodGuns himself. His debut album, 'Extra Smiles', received glowing reviews from the Alternative/Indie pop and experimental community. RodGuns started writing and producing his own music at the age of 16.  At the end of 2019, RodGuns had to fight for his life and suffered a heart attack. It took him 2 years to recover mentally and physically. While recovering, RodGuns made music and videos to cope with his emotions. He was stuck in bed for 5 months and did nothing but write, create beats, and make TikTok's. Although, his mental health started decreasing rapidly. Resulting in getting hospitalized in 2021 for mental health. After discharged; he decided to focus more on his music and share his story with the world.
