Here's a quick little sketch I was messing around with tonight. I did not mix anything at all. I know I should have... but I'm sleepy... 

I think ill turn this into a full song in the next couple weeks. I'll add more and more to see where it goes. I really just wanted some feedback! Let me know what you guys think!

As a designer, I sit back and contemplate the universe. In the little time that we inhabit this planet we learn so little about it. The trees know more than we do. Just the design of the planet and our bodies is beyond stunning. It is a gift.

The foundations of this universe is incomprehensible. Our finite mind has to box it in trying to understand it.  I am in total Awe of the Creator. The great I AM.  Praise

I remember being in middle school hearing the news about what happened in New York. It had been a couple years since my family had been residence of America. We were not as patriotic as my other American friends, but deep inside, citizen or not, you know when something catastrophic happens. Regardless of how emotionally connected i was to this country, i knew that an injustice had committed. 

I wrote this song not just as a tribute to what took place on September 11th 2001, but as a tribute to what happened after: The rebuilding of a nation. Irrespective of who's in leadership, I will always cling to the hope that our nation is a nation under the God who restores.
