This song was to be an acoustic version of a "Rock" song I posted a while ago.  I like the lyrics but playing along to a drum track in C was boring until............I spontaneously shouted Hooya when i was listening back to what I'd recorded up to that point and from that my interest was re-newed.  I added the two electric guitars and the organ.  To be honest it might be something you'ed hear in an elevator but I like it.

A bluesy number that I wrote and produced but did not play on. I wrote the song and brought to my piano teacher a jazz guy who liked it and I hired him to record it with his singer wife Janice Mitchell who worked with Ray Charles and all kinds of rock acts in the 70's. She is truly 20 feet from stardom this woman has such a soulful voice I am honored to have worked with her. The song is really about something I was going through at the time I was beating myself up for a while.
