Nachdem wir mit eigenen Veranstaltungen, Festivalbesuchen und weiteren Planungen sehr eingespannt waren, melden wir uns hier wieder zurück. Wir wollen den August gemeinsam mit diesem feinen Mix, abschließend zelebrieren.

Henning alias Heggi oder Hegrid, jenachdem welchen Sound er gerade spielt, hat uns dieses feine Ding beschert. Seit über 6Jahren lebt der gebürtige Rheinländer nun schon in Berlin und konnte sich zur Mitgestaltung der Clublandschaft dort motivieren. Unter anderem ist er Gründungsmitglied unserer lieben Sumpfkrüge. (:
Des weiteren hat er noch eine kleine Partyreihe für Newcomer & Friends gegründet, die unter dem Namen „Get Schwifty“ bekannt ist. Eine Neuformierung und Vergrößerung steht bereits geschrieben. - STAY TUNED -

Zu seinem musikalischen Werdegang gehört eine klassische Ausbildung in Trompete & Klavier, wodurch sich seine melodischen Einflüsse in Sets widerspiegeln.
Außerdem wirkt er als Co-Producer bei Projekten von Benno Hoffmann & @landolangsam mit.
Wer Lust auf Heggi hat, darf sich auf etwas flotteren Sound von Deephouse bis Techno erfreuen.
Hier und sonst natürlich auch, als Hegrid unterwegs, gibt es langsameren und knarzigen Downtempo bis hin zu shakigem Midtempo. Sehr gerne auch ne Mischung aus organischen und verspulten Klängen dabei.

Eine Dreiradfahrt mit uns! Auch bekannt als wir - oder genauer gesagt - der Dreiradfahrt :) 
Diesen Monat drehen wir mal wieder selbst eine Runde, um den November unserer Reihe einzuläuten!
Und das mit einem besonderen Grund, denn ungefähr vor genau einem Monat
hatten wir das Vergnügen auf Einladung von @aka_tony und @djhabebe-13 nach Zürich zu düsen und mit den beiden ein Wochenende musikalisch zu füllen! Neben gutem Essen und schönen Gesprächen gab es sowohl Freitag als auch Samstag einen dreirädrigen Input und es war uns wirklich eine riesen Freude die beiden mal persönlich kennen zu lernen sowie ihre wunderbare Musik selbst endlich live miterleben zu können! Ein großes Merci nochmal an dieser Stelle!
Das Set ist vom Freitagabend, an welchem wir nicht nur die Hotel-Bar inklusive freundlicher Crew kennenlernen durften, sondern zudem mit Thomas zusammen die lieben Leute die gekommen sind um bei Schwips und Rauch zu lachen und zu tanzen bespielen konnten! Das schöne Erlebnis und Ergebnis wollten wir daher heute mit euch teilen, also Lauscher auf und stellt euch vor ihr steht an der Bar, trinkt einen leckeren Gin Sour während die schönen Melodien aus den Speakern vor das Pult ziehen und die Beinchen bewegen! <3

https://soundcloud.com/rolandson traveled to Georgia 366 days ago - 365 days ago he played in a club which is a boat and is located on the banks of the Mtkvari River in Tbilisi. So far so good, but the trip should take some very positive turns and thus enable wonderful moments. The first turning point already happened at Tbilisi airport - when Rolandson got there he met Giorgi from Georgia. In the course of the evening it became clear that this is Giorgi who, as 9eye, should play the warm up at Club https://soundcloud.com/tivitbilisi for him and which he will announce today, exactly 1 year after the joint gig, for mix number 129. 

Giorgi surprised our captain with a very balanced selection of tracks, which he skilfully mixed together and with which he built up a great atmosphere - Rolandson had not heard such a good warm-up set for a long time. The boat, the club, the amazing hospitality, the many lovely people - everything just flowed into each other, so that this night was a very special one for many there. The night turned into the morning and after Rolandson his set both spontaneously played a B2B with each other - it was the beginning of a friendship that touched both deeply and leads to a wonderful exchange over and over again. Visits to Georgia, Berlin, festivals and some other joint activities were planned for 2020, but then unfortunately the pandemic intervened and now everyone is waiting for it to be over as soon as possible. However, one of these planned actions was and is this mix and even a pandemic cannot harm it. So 9eye presents you his varied sound journey, with his own compositions and a harmoniously coordinated track selection. It's almost the same as it was 365 days ago. . .

“I had been in the business for quite some time already and pretty much thought that I had seen it all. All the tricks, all the gimmicks. There was nothing new anymore, no excitement. But it all changed that one night when I got to see her perform. Then I knew what real magic was.

She was a goddess sent from the heavens. Beautiful beyond words and that sparkle in her eyes was just something else. Or at least that how it felt at the time. Might have had something to do with the potions she was serving everyone just before the show. Her own mixture, she told us. Thinking back, I actually think that it was just a blend of high-grade acid and cheap grape juice. Nonetheless, it was delicious!

I can’t quite find words to describe what we who were there got to witness. It felt other-worldly. I think the best way for me to try to explain is to let you listen to this audio recording of the show that we found from Steve’s phone a few days later. He, like a lot of other people, had tried to video the whole thing but for some reason no-one’s cameras were working. Odd indeed, but as I told you already, she was really magic.

I must warn you though, this mix is like a siren song. You might find yourself coming back for this time after time after time. But who knows, it might just be the thing you need at the moment.”
