Nic didn't want to sing the track but I managed to get him to put in some backing vocals which were put at the back of the mix with plenty of ambiance.
A track I would call, an 18th century lament all about the ill fated Northwest passage expedition of 1845.

Folk Pixie singing out her love of folk, rock and thrashing her old nylon strung guitar behind stories of people, places, and gin.

Rosie Eade "Folk-Pixie", "An appealing touch of English folk influences ... clear and sonorous", (Bluesbunny, 2018). Inspired by Kate Bush and The Who as much as Steeleye Span, Rosie sings stories of people, places, and gin, written over many years gigging solo around the country, from a party in a field to Glastonbury’s Avalon Café, arranged around her love of folk, rock and thrashing her old nylon strung guitar. Her new album "Folk Pixie" celebrates her roots as a solo acoustic-folk performer with songs from the beginning of the journey to her most recent creations (to be released May 2020).
