Known among Organic House enthusiasts as the Melody Whisperer, DJ Tuneful crafts deeply immersive sets that tell a story from start to finish. Originally from Portugal and now based in Barcelona, Tuneful entered the electronic scene in 2020 and quickly gained a following for his emotive, melodic, and progressive sound. With performances across Lisbon, Amsterdam, and Barcelona, as well as a residency at Portugal’s Goat Community Festival, he’s become a master of mood and flow - making each set a journey.

Born and raised in Iran, Rebeat fell deeply in love with music from an early age; constantly digging and diving into all types of music with the desire to share his wealth of musical knowledge with others. After learning how to mix in 2006, 2010 officially marked the start of his career as a DJ under the alias “Rebeat”. Around this time, he also began his journey as a producer through remixing tracks with a foundation of old classics and nostalgia. His breakthrough remix of Shirely Bassey’s famous song, “If You Go Away”, was signed on Dj Claude Challe’s Buddah Bar, with support from some well renowned artists like DJ Tiesto. “If You Go Away” featured an animated music video, which won 10 international awards. 

Flash forward to present day in 2021, Rebeat’s  “Butterfly Mind” EP was recently released on Dubfire’s Sci + Tec label with acknowledgement and support by globally respected artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy Gerber, Elif, Lancaster and more. Rebeat’s origins from Iran, a country in which no clubs or parties exist due to brutal oppression, made pushing his inspiration and music out there no easy task. Despite these restrictive circumstances, Rebeat has managed to stay motivated and consistent throughout the years, producing music and mixes which are enjoyed by artists and listeners throughout the globe.

Sabo’s music is a journey into sound, a sonic landscape that crosses several musical borders with mixtures of tropical poly-rhythms, warm bass frequencies, rich percussion, lush tribal vocals, and smooth organic textures. When listening you will undoubtedly find yourself resonating with his intention, imagining yourself dancing in an Amazon rainforest, on a moonlit Tropical beach,  or on a desert plane for a Saharan sunrise. Behind the decks, his innovative approach to each DJ set makes him a consistent stand out at festivals like Burning Man, Coachella, Lightening in a Bottle, Shambhala, Fusion, Symbiosis, and Further Future. He is also the label boss of “Sol*Selectas Records” which is successfully re-defining a new vein of dance music. It was the Top 10 Best Selling Deep House label on Beatport in 2016 and 2017, several #1 release in 2018 til present, and with every release breaking into the Top 10 charts of their respective genres. The label captures a wide array of sounds, drawing influence from our native roots,  and combining these traditional styles with the modern sounds of electronic music. Madota is the musical lovechild of urban shepherds Behnam & Mehran. Iranian by birth, Canadian by upbringing, these two have come a long way from their own journeys before reuniting in Berlin.

Realistically they didn't start playing the ukulele at the tender age of 3 nor did they buy their first drum machine in kindergarten. What we know is that their deeply rooted love for electronic music led them to storm Vancouver's nightlife as DJs since 2011. This in turn prepared them to start their experimentation with making music that pulls influences from their hyphenated backgrounds. Today they embody a sound capturing their lust for soulful elements coupled with their itch for darker grooves.

Their music has already taken them to perform in renowned parties such as Garbicz Festival in Poland, Acidcase x Mayan Warrior in Berlin, Stereobar in Montreal, Katerblau in Berlin, OFF Sonar in Barcelona, ZERO in NYC and Woomoon in Ibiza.
