Joy of the Worm

Forest On Stasys, co-founder of Danza Nativa, has long been delivering fresh sounds from Buenos Aires. Now, as the year draws to a close, he returns with a new project: Aura Sonora, a label devoted to sonic experimentation and exploration. He will launch the label himself with Magnetismo, a three-track debut available in a limited vinyl run and digital format from 25th November.

The EP’s closing track, Sideral, begins with a deep tribal feel that runs throughout the release, yet this final track offers something distinct. The eerie, low-end tones remain, but they are joined by a fusion of a nostalgic 90s acid vibe and a sense of futurism - a wonderfully executed combination of drum & bass, half-time, and techno, reminiscent in any of his sets.

A strong debut release for Aura Sonora—one designed for the dancefloor.

AH&N crafts sounds inspired by the raw beauty of the outdoors and the depths of the human psyche. His musical landscape is one of blurred contours, where techno and bass music converge, shifting between hypnotic tranquility and robust percussive energy. His tracks and sets invite listeners to immerse themselves in the moment, carried by loops of repetitive rhythms and textured sounds.

Artist's words : " 'Ways' is a four-track EP oscillating between 160 and 170 bpm that delves into the complexities of life's paths. Starting with "Aporia," which explores the struggle against life's obstacles through warm tones and a focused drop, the EP then transitions to "Coercion" with its synthetic urgency, reflecting external pressures. "Shadow" reveals the darker sides of our psyche, leading to "Casual Madness," a track that confronts the madness within us and the societal norms that sustain it. Together, these tracks invite listeners to contemplate the hidden forces that shape our journeys."

We are glad to present the debut album from an artist within the Organic Signs family: @solmadj . One year ago, the French artist planted the seed of this sonic journey with his set at The Memoir by Hypnus Records. Now, that seed has fully blossomed, unveiling a collection of new creations. Eight tracks that define his sonic universe, where DnB, halftime, and tribe intertwine in an atmosphere of hypnotic textures and pulsating synths.

The journey begins with Wetlands, drawing us into a mist-laden landscape where solitary birds glide through the sky and the dense humidity clings to every breath. In the dim light, a deep, enveloping sound spreads through the air, merging with electrified gusts of wind. As we move forward, distant echoes of other life forms emerge, thriving in the space between water and earth.

The first heartbeats stir in Mud. Continuing the path set by its predecessor while subtly layering new elements, the track immerses us in mystical soundscapes, unlocking portals to uncharted dimensions. Percussive fragments, scattered across the stereo field, begin to surface tentatively, paving the way for Clay, where the hypnotic progression deepens.

With Spores, the rhythm evolves into 4x4, maintaining the ethereal essence that has permeated the album from the start. Percussion elements phase in and out, leading seamlessly into Trimitic, a stripped-down yet profound exploration of minimalist Tribe.

The album builds in intensity, reaching its peak with Fungal Network, an electrifying burst of energy crafted to set the dancefloor ablaze. Then, The Consciousness of Plants slows the pace once more, introducing a whispering voice and a synth that oscillates fluidly, pulling us into its meditative sway.

The journey culminates with Reset, where the tempo eases, and the narrative comes full circle. The echoes of birds return, this time illuminated by the clarity of a new dawn. With Liquid DnB rhythms and textures, Solma concludes his debut album with a farewell that lingers in the mind, resonating long after the final note fades.

For their inaugural release, London-based Vysyon presents Mercuri: an enchanting EP of enigmatic techno featuring work by Swiss artists Varuna & Mateo Hurtado.

Having developed their brand of abyssal club music through releases on Amenthia Recordings & their own imprint A Walking Contradiction, Varuna dive into the void on ‘Remote Pulsar’. Driven by a disorientating polyrhythm cloaked in opaque atmospherics, the trio’s otherworldly approach to sound design is on full display. By contrast, the pounding 4/4 kick & propulsive acid bass of ‘Uvez Echos’ entrance the listener into a state of dancefloor reverie.

Mateo Hurtado casts his own unique magic over the flip, showcasing his archetypal mystic sound established via an album on Annulled music & remixes for Space Drum Meditation. The mesmerising flute melody of ‘An Invisible Fire, Working In Secret’ casts a spell of hypnosis, while the flowing, amorphous pads & twisted bass of ‘The Eternal Mirror’ conjure visions of worlds unknown.

For the seventh release of the Worst collection, our infamous A Strange Wedding takes a deep turn on the great unknown. Keeping in mind the « ritual » and « cosmic » adjectives often associated with his music, he built a mystical artifact fallen from the skies, quite literally indeed. « Black Magic Rituals » is a wizzard’s book full of smart spells to open the space and time continuum.
Whether it is made of shimmering stratospheric soundscapes or built in between constellations of the inner world, A Strange Wedding goes beyond his own forms to explore half-step industrial leftfield dub as well as mental driven deep techno in the style of italian masters. Oscillating from far distances to intimate odes to infinity, this crystal maze of sharp music stands as a usefull toolbox for total mind liiberation, and marks a step even forward into’s A Strange Wedding sonic journey.
